3 stars on accuracy of product – it is what it is 1 stars on service – the product arrived with the packaging opened and the small amount of cling wrap around the mouth piece teared , when trying to address the health concerns of the item being exposed through travel the only response was telling me to wash it, I did attempt to explain my concerns again however I was still told it was manually assembled and to wash it . to me this is disgusting, packaging needs to be properly managed 3 stars on speed – it showed up decently fast
