I bought a 45mm cage made of welded rings , and it was completely escape proof and very well made and the price was good. However the horizontal rings prevented easy movement in the lengthwise direction and it cut off blood circulation. Next I tried a 50mm cage with lengthwise rods , this solved the blood flow problem , and lengthwise movement was now easy . However now it will just fall off and is very heavy. As a experiment I wrapped tape around the ring to bring the measurement to 47.5mm and this was the correct size for me but it still is very heavy. I believe what is needed is a 47.5mm ring and a cage with the same lengthwise bars design but a in between length as well . I am about 15mm larger that the average “medium large” and I fall between the medium (45mm and ring cage) and the large (50mm and lengthwise bar style). Over all the construction quality is great but it would benefit from a in between size in the lengthwise bar style.

One of the cheapest cages out there, so I didn’t expect much. For the price it’s definitely not bad, but the locking system is terrible. The cage only has a single point connection with the ring which leads to the cage pivoting around the lock which can quite easily pinch in some skin. I wouldn’t recommend it for daily wear, but for play sessions it’s fine
