Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you need to return something, just log in to your account, use the “Order” link under the “My Account” menu to view your corresponding order, and then click the “Return” button, or contact [email protected] to communicate directly about the return. Once we receive your return request, we will immediately verify whether the situation is eligible for return and notify you.
Please ensure that the address provided when placing the order is correct and that you can receive the package. If the package is returned due to address issues, you will be responsible for both the shipping and return costs.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with appropriate tracking information. You can also log in to your account and click on the corresponding order to view it. We have overseas warehouses in many countries around the world. According to statistics, the average delivery time for most customers is 5-15 days, and the delivery time for customers in remote areas is 15-60 days.

Regarding shipping costs, we basically implement a free shipping policy for most countries. For areas where free shipping is not available, the corresponding shipping costs will be displayed on the order page.

Perfectly sufficient to get the job done, although I’m not convinced that the straps would hold if someone was really struggling much due to them being a fairly non-durable material. It fits well, and it will get the job done, but it’s about what you expect for the price you’re paying. I found that it works for binding the arms either behind the back as shown in the listing or you can also make it so that the arms are bound in the front. Because the buckles are locking buckles, it doesn’t matter if the person can get their teeth to the buckles because they’re not going to be able to get them undone if they’re locked.

Surprisingly good quality, though the seams are kinda weak. The material is tough, but stretchy. It will probably fit just about any woman, but not all men. The limiting factors being shoulder width and arm length. The straps are VERY weak, however, you don’t really need them, unless you wanna make it impossible to escape. What the straps do in practice is prevent you from rotating your lower arm INSIDE the monoglove, which lets you poke out of the hole and get out, but with the straps pulled taught, you don’t have enough room to manouver. This is a big deal, because flexible people can get out of the “open-shoulder” style of armbinder by just rolling their shoulder and pushing out their elbow, which is not possible with this one, since your shoulder is contained within the armbinder.
