If you place your order during one of our promotions, which can be very busy, your delivery may take longer to arrive.
Ways to check a tracking number:
- Click on ‘Account’ to log in. After logging in, click on ‘Order’ and then click ‘View’ for the corresponding order. If it has been shipped, a tracking number will be displayed.
- You can click “Track Order” at the top of the site or in your account menu. Enter your order ID and email address to retrieve the tracking number. Click on the tracking number to view the corresponding logistics information.
