You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you need to return something, just log in to your account, use the “Order” link under the “My Account” menu to view your corresponding order, and then click the “Return” button, or contact [email protected] to communicate directly about the return. Once we receive your return request, we will immediately verify whether the situation is eligible for return and notify you.
Please ensure that the address provided when placing the order is correct and that you can receive the package. If the package is returned due to address issues, you will be responsible for both the shipping and return costs.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

I got the “5” variant. The blindfold has good cover and material. My big problem is that the strap going from the back to the top of the head is not attached to the right side strap with the buckle, it came looped to the left strap without the buckle. It needs to be on the strap with the buckle so that it is centered – this way the top strap is not on the middle of the head but to the side, making it pretty bad. The buckle is big enough that I cannot put it on the right strap myself. The other issue is that while the design for the chin strap should allow other gags to be used, the chin strap’s two openings are too small for most of my gags as they have a small padlock loop on their buckle pin, which makes them too big to be inserted into the chin strap holes. And the chin strap without a gag or something else to lock it behind the head is kinda useless too. So, I like the design, but one of the straps were not attached to its proper place, and the chin strap holes should be bigger.
