You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Once we receive your return request, we will immediately verify whether the situation is eligible for return and notify you.
Please ensure that the address provided when placing the order is correct and that you can receive the package. If the package is returned due to address issues, you will be responsible for both the shipping and return costs.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We have overseas warehouses in many countries around the world. According to statistics, the average delivery time for most customers is 5-15 days, and the delivery time for customers in remote areas is 15-60 days.

The wig was great besides I had trouble bleaching the knots. I read many reviews so it might have been just a fluke for me as I see others didn’t have this problem. I might try a higher volume developer when I go to reinstall to see if they bleach better. BESIDES THAT, the hair is AMAZING, lace melts beautifully, and the hair is true to size and very soft. When I contacted the seller about my knots not bleaching well they responded fast and was helpful. Also this wig shipped so fast.
