If you need to return something, just log in to your account, use the “Order” link under the “My Account” menu to view your corresponding order, and then click the “Return” button, or contact [email protected] to communicate directly about the return. Once we receive your return request, we will immediately verify whether the situation is eligible for return and notify you.
Please ensure that the address provided when placing the order is correct and that you can receive the package. If the package is returned due to address issues, you will be responsible for both the shipping and return costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days, while orders to remote countries or regions are typically shipped within 10 business days.
Warm reminder: Due to the current unstable global situation, delivery may not be possible in some countries. Due to the unpredictability of this situation, we will contact you to discuss order extensions, refunds, or other options for orders that cannot be shipped to this area or for those with a significant increase in shipping costs after the order is placed. If your shipment is unable to be delivered due to customs regulations, unstable conditions in your country, or other factors, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with appropriate tracking information. You can also log in to your account and click on the corresponding order to view it. We have overseas warehouses in many countries around the world. According to statistics, the average delivery time for most customers is 5-15 days, and the delivery time for customers in remote areas is 15-60 days.
Since we are targeting global market areas, we are unable to provide accurate shipping methods in real time due to geographical location, policies and other reasons. If you need to know or specify the shipping method, shipping methods vary by region, please contact [email protected] to inquire.
We cooperate with many express companies at home and abroad: UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, etc.
Regarding shipping costs, we basically implement a free shipping policy for most countries. For areas where free shipping is not available, the corresponding shipping costs will be displayed on the order page.

its pretty big inside as well. I guess you need to have at least 7 inch long penis and 5.5 inch circumference to fit inside the biggest size hahahha

Customer –
Blank picture for the extra coins, sorry. Pictures do justice for what you get. Honestly, first time with product did not go according to plan, haha. Scraped the head of the unit and turned it into a girth sleeve instead. If I don’t update, then it went well 😀 Product came well packaged, pun intended.

Item as described
Customer –
Item came fast at destination, it took about 15 days from order to delivery. Quality is cheap as expected according to the price paid. The base ring apparently is missing part of the border like it was malformed during the molding. Not sure about that, but I’m sure it’s a weakness point that sooner or later it will break apart. It is very soft, that’s good by one side but it’s bad by the other as it won’t stay fit if you’re small down there and don’t fill the whole hollow part making it difficult to properly move during the penetration.

Great product. Item as shown in pictures andmatches the dimensions. This perfectly fits to my D. Length and girth is very good. Material is soft amd flexible. After using some lubricants, this is very easy to wear. Came in 4 wrappings and the bubble bag make the package discrete. No one can guess what’s inside. Seller has given a penis ring as well as a gift. Didn’t use for intercouse yet. Will Update later

Приїхала швидко, за 2 тижні у Львів. Все працює, свою функцію виконує. Без запаху, м’який силікон, не зповзає. Одним словом – задоволений, рекомкедую!
