You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Once we receive your return request, we will immediately verify whether the situation is eligible for return and notify you.
Please ensure that the address provided when placing the order is correct and that you can receive the package. If the package is returned due to address issues, you will be responsible for both the shipping and return costs.

Es tal como lo indica la pagina de la publicación, su tamaño es grande y es un buen modelo para pasar de intermedio a avanzado. Desafortunadamente cuando lo recibí me di cuenta de que esta fabricado con PVC (Cosa que claramente el vendedor si informa, mi error por no leer las características completas del producto), la razón por la que no me gusta el PVC es por que suele ser un material mas rígido/duro y puede ser doloroso su uso, ademas de que el PVC suele almacenar olores, así que si lo utilizas en tu ano va a adquirir el aroma de tus desechos. Otra situación es que desinfectar el PVC no es fácil, no soporta ser hervido en agua. Para mi es mejor la Silicona, es mas suave y puede ser hervida para limpiarse/desinfectarse.
