Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Once we receive your return request, we will immediately verify whether the situation is eligible for return and notify you.

For anything telescopic I would imagine issues as it would limit the stroke. It has a nice elastic ring for the cup and you can choose how tight you want it against your body.
