Je dirais quand même assez facile à insérer, pour mon cas, c’est plus compliqué, car je ne suis pas assez ouvert pour la taille que j’ai pris, mais ça va venir. La qualité est super bonne, aucune odeur désagréable, et la rigidité est assez bonne pour s’asseoir dessus!
