Shipping & Returns
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you need to return something, just log in to your account, use the “Order” link under the “My Account” menu to view your corresponding order, and then click the “Return” button, or contact [email protected] to communicate directly about the return. Once we receive your return request, we will immediately verify whether the situation is eligible for return and notify you.
Please ensure that the address provided when placing the order is correct and that you can receive the package. If the package is returned due to address issues, you will be responsible for both the shipping and return costs.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

de buen tamaño y material, la aplicación es fácil, no lo he probado porque lo compre para usarlo con y en mi pareja, pero ya he comprado otros articulos de esta app y funcionan bien a distancia, la vibración aunque un poco ruidosa, dentro de la persona ya no se escucha tanto. aparte de vibración tiene la función de ser oscilante, lo cual es un plus en el producto. el empaque llego indiscreto, llego en un embalaje adicional con mas productos y aún así la descripción dice lo que lleva adentro, no es algo agradable

It’s kinda waterproof because I take it in the bath with me. The only thing I would chance is the material. It’s a silicone kind feel, but it has a lil grip to it. It kind of sticks and pulls on the skin. I recommend lubricants with this device.

Considering the price, then is this a real “Value for Money” Seems to be in a good quality and the batteri-time is more than one hour ! Only concern is the size (or the design), should be a little bigger, or the circumference at the “root” smaller, so that it fits better – it’s obvious to wear on a city trip, where the partner can control it – and then it’s a bit embarrassing if it suddenly slips out 😉

Really nice & decent quality plug. Material is nice & feels soft & doesn’t smell. It’s a bit small, but that makes it nice for more extended wear. Only downsides are that the off/on button is a bit hard to find & that it’s kinda noisy. When inserted & turned on, it sounds like a phone is going off in your bowels, lol. Wish it was a bit more discreet, otherwise great product.
