Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you need to return something, just log in to your account, use the “Order” link under the “My Account” menu to view your corresponding order, and then click the “Return” button, or contact [email protected] to communicate directly about the return. Once we receive your return request, we will immediately verify whether the situation is eligible for return and notify you.
Please ensure that the address provided when placing the order is correct and that you can receive the package. If the package is returned due to address issues, you will be responsible for both the shipping and return costs.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days, while orders to remote countries or regions are typically shipped within 10 business days.

Due to the unpredictability of this situation, we will contact you to discuss order extensions, refunds, or other options for orders that cannot be shipped to this area or for those with a significant increase in shipping costs after the order is placed.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with appropriate tracking information. You can also log in to your account and click on the corresponding order to view it. We have overseas warehouses in many countries around the world. According to statistics, the average delivery time for most customers is 5-15 days, and the delivery time for customers in remote areas is 15-60 days.
Methods and Prices of Shipping Available
Since we are targeting global market areas, we are unable to provide accurate shipping methods in real time due to geographical location, policies and other reasons. If you need to know or specify the shipping method, shipping methods vary by region, please contact [email protected] to inquire.
We cooperate with many express companies at home and abroad: UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, etc.
Regarding shipping costs, we basically implement a free shipping policy for most countries. For areas where free shipping is not available, the corresponding shipping costs will be displayed on the order page.

По ощущениям 5+, по качеству есть объекивная притензия. После 3х использований( по 1 звезде за каждый раз), он перестал работать!!! Силикон внутри ОООЧЕНЬ мягкий, ощущения великолепные, узко как в первый раз ( без смазки с ним делать нечего), вибро режимы отличные,все интересные и моторчики которых 2 работаю отлично, без вибрации толку мало , вся фишка у данного девайса в вибрации!!! А она как раз и кончилась, походу оторвался проводок питания на моторчике, сами моторчики находятся внутри силикона, доступа к ним нет, то есть добраться до моторчиков не повредив силикон не получится. Так как игрушку нужно будет мыть после каждого использования по данной причине разобрать и починить не получиться. В целом Игрушка стоящая, тем кто сомневается брать эту или другую без моторчика, то могу сказать ????% берите эту, даже с учётом что именно моего экземпляра хватило на 3 раза я очень доволен.

Товар приехал в рабочем состоянии, слегка только была коробка помята. Зарядка оч. ненадёжная- постоянно слетает, магнитные зарядки лучше с фиксатором – как в фитнес-трекерах. Снижена оценка за то, что отправили датой, когда посылка должна была уже приехать. Если у вас затруднения с отправкой, то наверное проще перенести дату отправки, нет? В итоге, вместо 11го пришло 15го.

Продукт очень качественный, материал высший класс. Силикон внутри очень мягкий и приятный, есть рельеф для дополнительных ощущений. Много режимов. НО всё это не имеет значения, если отверстие элементарно настолько узкое, что туда влезет только очень очень узкий прибор. Я не знаю, может в Азии такие стандарты, но на европейский размер этот агрегат точно не подойдёт. К сожалению, конструкция прибора не позволяет силикону расширяться, так как есть пластиковый корпус. Из недостатков ещё вес, штука довольно увесистая. Поэтому, если вам, природа наделила более-менее стандартными габаритами, этот вариант не для вас.

First use, I like that its got good weight to it, and is easy to use. As for the functions I like that the vibration in different modes. Also the looks of the product is nice and don’t look like what it actually is, so if its on my desk then nobody knows what it is.
