Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Once we receive your return request, we will immediately verify whether the situation is eligible for return and notify you.

Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. La verdad es que la app no sirve de nada, para cambiar entre modos con ella necesitas tener el teléfono pegado al vientre de tu elfa mientras cambias los modos si no no sirve, parece que tiene Bluetooth 1.0, muy decepcionado por ese lado, en cuanto al sonido de la vibración es como cuando un teléfono vibra entre cobijas, para darse una idea. Entonces no es muy silencioso en la noche, por otro lado mi novia digo que estaba rico, entonces decidimos seguir usándolo pero siempre y cuando no haya nadie en casa de noche y acercándome mucho para que la app funcione
