Shipping & Returns
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you need to return something, just log in to your account, use the “Order” link under the “My Account” menu to view your corresponding order, and then click the “Return” button, or contact [email protected] to communicate directly about the return. Once we receive your return request, we will immediately verify whether the situation is eligible for return and notify you.
Please ensure that the address provided when placing the order is correct and that you can receive the package. If the package is returned due to address issues, you will be responsible for both the shipping and return costs.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Can’t beat the quality of this hook for the price. Ball is extremely well welded and the metal is light but strong. My wife is extremely pleased with the feel of the hook with a little pressure. A must have for adventurous couples looking to try something new but simple.

This is a great entry level hook. It’s very well made. You’re not easily going to bend it out of shape. The sizing is about perfect for its intended use and there all of the seams are ground completely smooth. Shipping took a while but it was very discrete.

Some of the reviews I read on this item made it seem like this is cheaply made. I do not think it is, the shaft and steal ball on the end are solid. Nice welds with no burs, the angle of the bend isn’t to sharp either. For first time users we are very pleased with this item, think in the future we may look for one with a slight larger ball on the end.

Arrived on time and well wrapped. Discrete packaging. The tube is hollow, but seems sturdy enough for the intended use. The finish is good with no rough edges or seams. It is probably chrome plated, given the low price. Moving to stainless steel would be much more expensive. Depth was comfortable and the eye had enough room to use larger rope. Overall, exactly what I wanted and expected.

It’s light weight which seems disappointing, until you use it. It’s unobtrusive when you want it to be, and perfectly obtrusive when you want it to be. And it’s super smooth, and easy to clean.

Husband bought as a surprise and it actually turned out to be a fun toy. Ball on the end isn’t over sized, so with enough lube, it goes in with minimal to no pain. The ball is also welded to the shaft very well, so when cleaning, it’s easy to get into the crevice and sanitize. It does NOT come with a connector for the loop, so we had to use a carabiner from a set of car keys to hook it up to a body harness. Not a deal breaker, so still 5 stars. Also, shaft is plenty long enough to reach / hook to most body harness sets.
