Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Products must be unopened, unused or unworn and have packaging or tags intact. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges.
If you need to return something, just log in to your account, use the “Order” link under the “My Account” menu to view your corresponding order, and then click the “Return” button, or contact [email protected] to communicate directly about the return. Once we receive your return request, we will immediately verify whether the situation is eligible for return and notify you.
Please ensure that the address provided when placing the order is correct and that you can receive the package. If the package is returned due to address issues, you will be responsible for both the shipping and return costs.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {[email protected]}.
Shipping Policy
Order processing time
Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days, while orders to remote countries or regions are typically shipped within 10 business days.
Warm reminder: Due to the current unstable global situation, delivery may not be possible in some countries. Due to the unpredictability of this situation, we will contact you to discuss order extensions, refunds, or other options for orders that cannot be shipped to this area or for those with a significant increase in shipping costs after the order is placed. If your shipment is unable to be delivered due to customs regulations, unstable conditions in your country, or other factors, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with appropriate tracking information. You can also log in to your account and click on the corresponding order to view it. We have overseas warehouses in many countries around the world. According to statistics, the average delivery time for most customers is 5-15 days, and the delivery time for customers in remote areas is 15-60 days.
Methods and Prices of Shipping Available
Since we are targeting global market areas, we are unable to provide accurate shipping methods in real time due to geographical location, policies and other reasons. If you need to know or specify the shipping method, shipping methods vary by region, please contact [email protected] to inquire.
We cooperate with many express companies at home and abroad: UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, etc.
Regarding shipping costs, we basically implement a free shipping policy for most countries. For areas where free shipping is not available, the corresponding shipping costs will be displayed on the order page.

I bought the smallest size of plug.. Must say that it is maybe too small as slips out easy even for 1st timers.. Tail is like cat and not as thick as shown in photo. For this price it is good buy.. My suggestion, buy middle or largest size of plug.. Smallest isn’t so satisfying

buon prodotto peccato solo che il pelo sia così di bassa qualità da risultare più che sintetico mentre il plug è di buona qualità

I recently purchased a fox tail plug, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Firstly, the product looks exactly like the pictures online, which is always a relief when buying something like this. The tail is beautifully designed and adds a touch of elegance, making it a stunning addition for both fun and aesthetics. For beginners like myself, the size is just right – not too big or intimidating, making it easy and comfortable to use. Despite its manageable size, it stays securely in place, even during more active or intense play, which is a huge plus for me. The delivery was impressively fast and arrived in discreet packaging, ensuring privacy, which I appreciated. Overall, wearing it is an absolute pleasure, enhancing every moment. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore something fun and stylish!

the plug itself is very small- so I suppose that would be good if you were a beginner but it’s by far the smallest plug I’ve ever seen

A***l –
Plug was sooo much smaller than expected, which may be a good thing considering I’m definitely a beginner in terms of using plugs and anal itself. The tail is a bit stiff? Doesn’t seem to fluff up tail wise like some furry products do, but can definitely be smooth. More flat than round, would say is slightly different than what is being pictured/advertised, but honestly not bad. Would recommend for all the new kinksters out there or people who just want something to use more for fun rather than the stimulation.

Muy buena apariencia y excelentes materiales

Quality is good but itself tiny, so it either goes in too deep and you can’t really see the tail or it keeps poping out

El pequeño es muy pequeño, sale y entra sin esfuerzo. Es divertido. La parte metálica parece buena y la cola parece sostenerse bien y que no se va a salir. por el precio está muy bien. llegó en una semana o menos
