You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you need to return something, just log in to your account, use the “Order” link under the “My Account” menu to view your corresponding order, and then click the “Return” button, or contact [email protected] to communicate directly about the return. Once we receive your return request, we will immediately verify whether the situation is eligible for return and notify you.
Please ensure that the address provided when placing the order is correct and that you can receive the package. If the package is returned due to address issues, you will be responsible for both the shipping and return costs.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

This was…perfect. My best purchase. It’s so soft, the heating is not too much to be worrisome, the thrusting patterns are good. Just charge till full after purchase, the charging spot is right beside the power button. Like the instruction manual says, you can change the thrust pattern by pressing the power button again after the initial power on. Wash before and after use and it’s up to you whether you want to use a condom or not. Don’t let the battery part get wet to ensure longevity, so wash only the body and tip. It’s super realistic and stretchy. It got to Nigeria in less than 17 days.

Замовила 26.03 прийшла посилка 30.03. На посилці напис toys. Пакування гарне, міцне. Іграшка була заряджена трохи, до неї пульт і зарядний штекер. Але одну хвилину показав всі свої можливості-режими і заглючило його. Зарядила, думала буде норм, але і після зарядки глючить, зліва направо ще намагається видавати якісь рухи а телескопік не працює, коротить його. Іграшка хороша, як справжній )), силікон мʼякий без лишнього запаху. Але шкода що несправний( У відгуках писали за таку ж поломку, але більшість відгуків норм, тому замовила. Товар не можу радити через несправність.
